Isotropic and Anisotropic flexible magnets
Jun 06, 2018

As we know, the flexible magnets (magnetic rubber sheet) can also be called the bonded permanent magnetic ferrite, which is made of bonded ferrite magnetic powder, rubber or plastics and other materials through extursion, compression or injection molding. Due to the material itself high plasticity, finished products or semi-finished products are easily cutting, punching, slitting, and laminating other materials, and not easy to demagnetization, really good anticorrosive!

And flexible magnets are mainly divided into two categories: Isotropic and Anisotropic. The main differences are:

1. they have different magnetism. The isotropic rubber magnet is weak, and the anisotropic rubber magnet has higher magnetic function. The date can be checked on our products list column.

2. the temperature and density are different. The density and temperature of isotropic rubber magnet  is lower than that of anisotropic.

3. they have different applications. Isotropic magnetic materials are mainly used in refrigerator magnetic tape, printing products. However, anisotropic magnetic materials  are widely used in micro motors, computers, laser printers, photocopiers, magnetic toys and other fields.
